This program is designed to help individuals improve the quality, strength and function of their shoulder joint and its surrounding tissues. In doing so you will rid yourself of painful achy and immobile shoulders. From reaching for a cup, to picking up your kids, to bench pressing or getting your luggage out of the overhead compartment of a plane , the shoulder’s integrity and active range of motion play a vital role in the functions and longevity of the joint. In order to improve the overall function we must work on increasing the strength at the end ranges of motions of your joints. This is better known as improving your joint mobility.
